Everybody was very friendly and efficient. They all wanted to make sure our time on their boats and canals was going to be the best. The heater was a bit poor but they fixed it in a few minutes. Great boat , we could moor anywhere. Comfortable.

The Reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. instruction on boat handling was clear and reassuring. The boat was clean but had a couple of burnt saucepans which were not used The boat handling was tricky with steering erratic or it might have been my steering at fault. Compared with other boats ours needed a lot more steering adjustments.
