Many thanks for taking such good care of us on our first LeBoat experience! Jamie’s teaching helped us feel confident driving the boat and managing the locks before we set off. The boat was easy to drive, the bow thrusters are great! The additional advice on where to moor, on restaurants and vineyard visits were super helpful! The boat was excellent and the preparation was perfect. The Mystique is a wonderful boat for 3 couples – such a clever use of space, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The showers and the aircon were great and the big fridge/freezer is helpful. Jamie’s teaching helped us feel confident driving the boat and managing the locks before we set off. All the team were super friendly and helpful, making special arrangements to help us get setup with young children. We had a technical issue during the trip and an engineer was out to fix it whilst we had lunch ashore. Top notch service! Love this 3 cabin with ensuite format. The front cabin is a spacious master and there is lots of room on board. For two couples the "Royal Mystique" is a master cabin at each end and more suitable. We had that one previously. All mod cons aboard, lost of water, power, home comforts

Very professional company. Theboat was satisfactory, spacious and comfortable. A few “war wounds” from previous hirers, but generally ok. Air con did not work properly leading to uncomfortable nights and some other minor issues but the holiday was near the end of the season and therefore the boat had a “well used” feel. Itinerary was brilliant. Many locks, but all automatic and manned, so no problems. Wouldn’t want to do without a boat with a bow thruster.

Prompt delivery of good product with excellent staff service at all levels. Good boat with all appropriate features.

The only issue we had was with the pre ordered WI-Fi, as it didn't work for our entire cruise. There were no other problems, the staff, the cleanliness of the boat, information and boat handling lesson were all superb. Nice accommodation. Pillows and duvet could perhaps be of a nicer quality.. duck down and feather etc.

This was our second trip and, same as the first time, it has fully met our expectations. Very good service and support from A to Z of the trip. Helpful and competent staff, clear and detailed instructions and practical part, spotless condition of the boat, quick and efficient support during trip. To make your trip successful, you need to plan it in advance and to read as much information as possible before you start. All info is available on Le Boat site. Spotless condition of the boat. Certain problem with A/C and diesel generator developed during the trip. The support was on the phone and visit was arranged promptly. Luckily the problem disappeared and visit was cancelled. We also observed visit to other Le Boat boat in Saints and the same technician helped us with blocked kitchen sink.

We had a great reception by Bob, the Manager of Le Boat, Port Cassafieres. The boat was ready and clean and a very good handover and explanation of how the boat operate and we felt very confidant and comfortable with the boat. We also had great service form the technical team when we lost part of the black bumper rubber in a lock and was replaced on arrival at the next town. The boat was operating perfectly and we had no issues or concerns during the trip. Also the day of handing the boat back, the staff at Homps was, friendly, helpful and efficient and on time to check us out. The Mystique 6 + 2 was a great fit for us, enough space, comfortable and each cabin was en-suite, the galley kitchen had everything that we needed and the salon / lounge area was also big and comfortable enough for us to have dinner at night and also a great gathering area for breakfast. We had most lunches on the outside deck. The barbeque was a great addition and works perfectly.
