Best Price Guarantee
Find the same holiday (boat and route) on the same dates cheaper within 7 days of booking and we’ll refund the difference.
- Offer valid within 7 calendar days of booking date.
- Applies to the boat price as shown on the booking confirmation and excludes additional extras.
- Offer only applies where the exact same boat, start date, duration and route (i.e. start base and end base) is available to book at a lower price than the price shown on the booking confirmation.
- The price must be advertised in the same currency as the originally booking.
- Your claim must be submitted by submitting the Best Price Guaranty claim form (below).
- Valid claims will result in a discount equal to the difference in price applied to any outstanding balance. In the case there is no outstanding balance a refund for the price difference will be issued, to the original payment method within 30 days.
- These terms are supplemental to our Booking Conditions which continue to apply to your booking.
